Adriana discovered yoga in 2022 while recovering from a back injury and searching for a way to move that would make her feel strong and stable in her own body. What began as a personal healing journey quickly became a life-changing and joyful practice, especially after finding Vasa and all the amazing and special people who practice there. No matter how busy or stressful life gets, yoga creates space for Adriana to reconnect with herself, honor her body, and just have fun.
Adriana recently completed the 200-hour yoga teacher training as a means to deepen her own practice, and realized after the 10-month long process that teaching is actually fun! As an instructor, Adriana is passionate about making yoga feel welcoming and postures accessible to everyone, especially those who might think a yoga practice is not for them.
