Join Jacquelyn and Angela for a 90 minute educational workshop for discovering and maintaining health and balance in the pelvic floor!
This workshop includes an educational overview of pelvic floor anatomy and function plus exploration of techniques for building strength and control of pelvic floor muscles through yoga. Through experiential practices we’ll foster greater body awareness and connection between breath and pelvic floor engagement. We will also spend time addressing common imbalances like hypertonicity and weakness in the pelvic floor that cause common issues like leakage, low back and pelvic pain, postural issues, etc.
No previous experience or concerns required, all students interested in supporting their pelvic health throughout their lifetime are welcome at this workshop.
$20 for Vasa the Studio members and $30 for non-members.

Want to dive deeper into your practice and learn more about the asanas (poses)? Join us for this focused practice to refine and align your physical yoga practice!
Class will be small and will focus on about 3 poses. Poses will be broken down, modifications offered, and hands on adjustments will be offered. The poses will be linked in a flow toward the end so you can put what you learned into practice.
You can expect to see this class on the schedule once a month, on select Sunday afternoons. Class is included for members, $20 drop-in for non-members.
