Amy is a seasoned yogi and educator with a passion for sharing her love of movement.
With over two decades of yoga practice, she brings a wealth of experience to her teaching. Amy's diverse fitness background, including spin instructing and powerlifting, adds depth to her dynamic yoga classes. Drawn to the inclusive and supportive community at Vasa, Amy discovered a new home for her practice in 2018.
She is thrilled to now share her knowledge and enthusiasm as a Vasa yoga instructor. When she’s not on the mat, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, two children, and two fur babies.
