Jacquelyn’s yoga journey started about 5 years ago at Inner Evolution in Redlands. Her practice was purely physical for the first few year, due to her ballet and kickboxing background. She stumbled upon Vasa since she literally lives across the street. Almost immediately she fell in love with the community as well as variety of class styles. It wasn’t until 2019 where vasa opened her heart and mind to all the other benefits yoga had to offer. Yoga became an outlet for all kinds of stresses, a release of anxiety , and a safe tool to find honest body positivity .
She recently completed her 200hr YTT with vasa in the Summer of 2021. “ I was looking to deepen my practice even more as well educate everyone that yoga is so much more than just stretching. Vasa has helped me make so many amazing relationships as well as learn how to love my body. I’m so grateful to have yoga and I truly don’t know where I woud be without it”. Married to a Physical Therapist, she stays fascinated and appreciative of movement as well how our bodies are so resilient. When she’s not practicing or teaching, you can find her hanging out with her husband and 5 fur babies, or at a local brewery
