Colleen recently completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Vasa in 2021 as a means to deepen her own dedicated practice. Since then, she has found an enthusiasm to share her own passion for yoga with others.
Colleen has found a home within the Vasa community, a bonding space aligning with her love for the way yoga brings her so much joy, humility, gratitude and grounding throughout life.
Her teaching is structured around finding presence and internal intentions through meaningful breath and postures. Colleen’s goal for her students is to find the unity of breath and movement in a lighthearted, yet energizing class.
