Yogi & mother of two beautiful girls, Megan discovered yoga in 2014 while attending RCC and fell in love. She found her practice at a pivotal time and dove head first into receiving her 200 Hour Certification in 2019 through The Yoga & Ayurveda Center in Pennsylvania. After receiving her 200 Hour, she started facilitating group events, private sessions, and community yoga to then soon land her feet in her first studio.
Over the past 5 years, she has accumulated over 1,100 hours in teaching. Megan loves leading a fun power class while also enjoying the stillness and teachings of Sound Healing, Meditation, Yin, and Restorative.
Connection to breath and body is always her intention when stepping on to her mat or leading a group of yogis. Personally, adding spice & some jokes to guide you through a fun flow or reminding you of your breath & sensations as we melt into our long holds.
If she’s not leading a class, you can find her raising her little girls, planning her next upcoming workshop(s), or hiding in the corner during a group class pretending to not be there hehe.
